Sant’Eustachio CaffèPrint This Page
Since 1938, this legendary caffè in Rome near the Pantheon attracts coffee lovers from near and far. It’s almost always bustling, and arguably serves the best cappuccino in town. The barista prepares your caffè “sweetened or unsweetened” behind the counter, an attention to quality control until the very end.
Using fair trade practices, Caffè Sant’Eustachio sources its beans from Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Ethiopia. When the beans arrive, each is separately roasted on wooden logs in the back of the caffè and then combined in a signature blend to create a sweet and aromatic coffee that they like to call “nonintrusive.”
